Common questions
Which accounts work? Any IMAP and SMTP account over SSL/TLS or STARTTLS: iCloud Mail, Gmail (with Google sign-in or an app-specific password), Seznam.cz, Fastmail, company servers and more. Outlook.com / Microsoft 365 require Microsoft sign-in, which is not supported yet.
Why an app-specific password? iCloud Mail and Gmail without Google sign-in only accept an app-specific password from mail apps. Create one in your Apple Account or Google Account security settings.
Images don't show. Remote images are blocked for your privacy. Use “Show images” in the message, or “Always for this sender”.
My settings don't appear on my other device. Sign in to the same Apple Account on both, turn on “Share settings through iCloud” and iCloud Keychain. Passwords can arrive a little later than the settings.
Accessibility. Zenvelope supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type up to the largest sizes, keyboard control and increased contrast. Report any barrier to the address above.
